- If you are not satisfied with our logo designs, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of receiving the logo designs. Once you approve a logo and ask us to proceed with the designs, you will no longer be entitled to request a refund.
- If you are unsatisfied with all our sample logos, you pay no service charges and get refund of all the money you pay at the time of ordering.
- We offer a refund for any amount that is erroneously charged.
- We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee through free revision facility for your design if you are not satisfied with the design due to some discrepancy from your order requirements.
